  • Verify your phone number with a one-time passcode.

4. SMS Messaging

We may send you SMS messages from a phone number associated with our Twilio Messaging Service. Message types include:

  • One-time phone-number verification codes.
  • Appointment confirmations and reminders.
  • Password-reset links for our doctor referral portal.
  • Group-event payment confirmations.

We send SMS only to users who have explicitly opted in by checking the consent box on our booking form or by completing account setup in the referral portal.

Frequency: variable, typically 1 to 4 messages per appointment booked.
Costs: standard message and data rates may apply from your carrier.
Opt-out: reply STOP, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message. Help: reply HELP.

We do not share, sell, or rent your phone number to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. WhatsApp Messaging

When you provide consent, we may send you WhatsApp messages for the same purposes described above (verification, confirmations, reminders). WhatsApp is our primary channel and SMS is used as a fallback when WhatsApp is unavailable.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep the site working (session, language) and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can disable them from your browser settings.

7. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your data. We share only what is necessary with service providers that help us run the site and provide the service:
