1. Services

Valeria te Ayuda offers personal wellness coaching sessions, discovery calls, group events (Wellness Day), and a coaching program called Método Imparable. Services are informational and do not replace professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

2. Bookings and payments

Bookings are made through the form at valeriateayuda.com. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers. The price of each service is shown before you confirm the purchase.

3. Cancellations and reschedules

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no cost. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before, or no-shows, are not refundable. For group events (Wellness Day), event-specific cancellation policies are stated on each event page.

4. SMS Messaging

By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our booking form, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages from Valeria te Ayuda related to phone-number verification, your appointments, and your account.

Message frequency varies based on your activity. Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Valeria te Ayuda is not responsible for carrier charges.

You may cancel SMS at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCELAR, or BAJA to any message. After cancellation you will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS until you re-subscribe by replying START or UNSTOP.

5. WhatsApp Messaging

If you provide consent, we may send you WhatsApp messages with the same transactional information. WhatsApp is our primary channel and SMS is used as a fallback.

6. Site usage

You agree to use the site and services in good faith, without attempting to compromise their security, without sending offensive or illegal content, and without impersonating another person.

7. Intellectual property

Site content (text, images, video, podcast, Método Imparable materials) is owned by Valeria te Ayuda and protected by copyright. You may consume it for personal use, but you may not copy, redistribute, or modify it without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

Services are provided "as is" based on Valeria's experience. Valeria te Ayuda does not guarantee specific results. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or decisions you make based on information shared during a session.

What you share in a session is confidential. We do not record sessions unless we have your explicit consent.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we make material changes, we will note the new last-updated date at the top. If you continue using the site or services after a change, you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the place of residence of Valeria te Ayuda. Any dispute will preferably be resolved through dialogue and, failing that, by the competent courts.
