The cacao ceremony
Cacao came to me at a moment when my body and my life needed a deep pause. I was in the middle of my own healing process — the kind that changes you at the root — and in a cacao ceremony I felt something I hadn't felt in a long time: my heart opening without fear. Since that day I've spent years working with this plant, facilitating ceremonies and walking others across that same threshold.
In the ceremony we drink pure cacao, prepared with intention, and from there we create a space where the body relaxes, the mind softens, and something subtler begins to speak. When the heart truly opens, things you've been carrying start to move, release, or simply become clearer. Every ceremony is different for each person, but there's almost always something that settles into place.
What's included in the ceremony?
I bring everything. You just provide the space.
It's not a list of activities — it's an arc designed to move the group from distraction into presence, and from presence into genuine connection.
Ceremonial cacao prepared and served during the ceremony
Yoga and conscious movement to open the body
Guided meditation, adapted to the group and their context
Sound bath: crystal singing bowls

Cacao Ceremony
Signature experience2.5 hours · 6–15 people
Ceremonial cacao, conscious yoga, guided meditation, and a sound bath with crystal bowls — all in one experience where there's nothing to do right or wrong. People leave feeling connected to themselves, filled with peace, and with a sense of freedom they didn't expect.
Women's Circle
2.5–3 hours · Up to 12 women
Cacao, somatic movement, sharing circle, and closing ritual. A space where what goes unsaid everywhere else gets to be said — and received without judgment. For women who want to be heard, held, and connect more deeply with themselves.
Yoga Class
1.5 hours · 6–20 people
1.5-hour practice with attention to alignment and what the body feels in each moment. All levels welcome — no prior experience needed. You finish differently than you arrived. Indoor or outdoor.
Spiritual Reading
30 minutes · Individual
Individual channeling session with your light team. They accompany you through moments of uncertainty, transition, or decision — so you can see with more clarity what you're living through. 30 minutes.
