I needed this before I created it. Days where the only task was to be present in my body, with no agenda, no to-do list, no next step. What I learned is that the body knows what it needs when you give it space.
Wellness Day is that space. It's not just about moving or stretching — we work body, nervous system, and spirit in a conscious and guided way. Every practice has an intention: to pull you out of autopilot and return you to yourself.

What the experience includes
Wellness Day is an intimate experience for only 6 women. It includes 10 hours of accompaniment, yoga, meditation, sound bath, conscious nutrition, jacuzzi, nutritional guide, personalized 1:1 spiritual guide reading, and a goodie bag.
