I needed this before I created it. Days where the only task was to be present in my body, with no agenda, no to-do list, no next step. What I learned is that the body knows what it needs when you give it space.
Wellness Day is that space. It's not just about moving or stretching — we work body, nervous system, and spirit in a conscious and guided way. Every practice has an intention: to pull you out of autopilot and return you to yourself.
What does this experience include?

This is not a massive or impersonal event. It is an intimate gathering, with limited spots, to ensure close accompaniment, depth in the practices, and a safe environment where you can truly let go, feel, and reconnect.

It's not a collection of isolated activities — it's a journey I designed from what worked for me. Each step takes you from disconnection to regulation, and from regulation to inner reconnection. The order matters because your body needs to come down gradually.

Wellness Day is an intimate experience for only 6 women. It includes 10 hours of accompaniment, yoga, meditation, sound bath, conscious nutrition, jacuzzi, nutritional guide, personalized 1:1 spiritual guide reading, and a goodie bag.

La manera en la que me estaba sintiendo antes de el wellness day no era mal pero si muy dentro de mi yo sabia que aun me faltaba por liberar emociones que tenia muy estancadas dentro de mi, asi que cualquier herramienta que me pueda ayudar en mis estados fisicos emocionales y espirituales me gusta experimentarlos para crecimiento hacia mi persona. antes de comenzar estaba muy emocionada y sentimental. No sabia con exactitud que me llevaria de esta actividad pero puedo decir y agradecer que me lleve muchisima experiencia. La experiencia para mi estuvo demasiado llena de sorpresas, ya que yo creia estar al 100, pero valla mi sorpresa llore mas de lo que me pude imaginar, ya que ese dia se liberaron demasiadas emociones en especifico duurante la toma de cacao y la actividad de la respiracion. para mi esa actividad me llevo a sentir todas mis emociones en un solo momento muy mio muy intimo donde como ser individual lo vivvi y conecte muy canon apesar de ser un grupo de 4 chicas. Despues de mi experiencia con valeria para mi fue increiblemente llena de sorpresas , gracias a todos los ejercisios y experiencias que vivi este dia. Me sorprendi de haber liberado muchos sentimientos que tenia atorados muy dentro de mi que la verdad no sabia que tenia, pero gracias a algunas de las actividades es que pude liberar todos esos sentimientos y gracias a eso despues de la experiencia con valeria sin duda alguna e notado un cambio inpresionante en mi. aun no se con exactitud que cambios son pero si puedo decir en experiencia propia que simplemente se siente esa liberacion y ese cambio radical que en mi a logrado este proyecto de valeria.
