By signing this agreement, I confirm that I am voluntarily participating in the "Wellness Day" event organized by Valeria Te Ayuda LLC.

Activities included: yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound bath, conscious nutrition, jacuzzi, crafts, and a personalized 30-minute spiritual guidance session.

Health declaration: I declare that I am in adequate physical condition to participate. I understand it is my responsibility to inform the facilitator of any medical condition that may affect my participation.

Assumption of risk: I understand that wellness activities carry certain inherent risks. I voluntarily assume these risks.

Liability release: To the extent permitted by California law, I release Valeria Te Ayuda LLC from any liability for injuries or losses from my participation, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Spiritual guidance: I understand that spiritual guidance sessions are advisory and do not replace professional advice.

Cancellation: I accept the event cancellation policy as described on the website.
