About the session

This is a personalized coaching session, not therapy or medical advice. Valeria is a certified Holistic Health Coach from the Academy of Healing Nutrition. The session does not replace diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice.

Format

The session takes place via video call through Google Meet. You'll receive the link by email after confirming your appointment.

Recording

Sessions may be recorded via Google Meet and the recording will be available for you to download for a limited time. It is your responsibility to download it within that period.

Valeria may wish to use some fragments of the session for social media or other purposes. In that case, your permission will always be requested separately before any fragment is used.

Confidentiality

What is shared in the session is confidential. The recording, if made, is exclusively for your personal use.

Confirmation, changes and missed sessions

Before your session I'll ask you to confirm it, at least 12 hours before: reply CONFIRM to my WhatsApp, use the confirm button in the email, or accept the Google Calendar invite. That way I can prepare for you.

With more than 24 hours of notice you can reschedule your session at no cost, subject to availability, from the link in your reminders or from your account. If you cancel with more than 24 hours, you get a full refund.

With less than 24 hours' notice, or if you don't show up, the session is lost and is not refundable.

Please connect at the agreed time: the session ends at the original time and isn't extended. If you're more than 15 minutes late without letting me know, it counts as a missed session.
