About the call
This is a free 20-minute call to get to know each other, answer your questions, and see if working hand-in-hand makes sense for you. Depending on the topic you choose, we'll talk about immunotherapy vaccines, healing your gut, or the emotional support of the Método Imparable. It is not a guidance, therapy, or medical consultation session.
Format
The call takes place via video call through Google Meet. You'll receive the link by email after confirming your appointment.
Recording
The call is recorded for the sole purpose of allowing Valeria to take private notes for her follow-up. The recording stays in her internal records — no one else has access to the content.
Confirmation, changes and missed sessions
Before your call I'll ask you to confirm it. Please confirm at least 12 hours before: reply CONFIRM to my WhatsApp, use the confirm button in the email, or accept the Google Calendar invite. If I don't receive your confirmation in time, the call is cancelled so someone else can take that spot.
If you need to change it, you can reschedule or cancel at no cost with more than 24 hours of notice, from the link in your reminders or from your account.
With less than 24 hours' notice, or if you don't connect, the call is lost and next time you'd need to book a paid session.
Please connect at the agreed time: the call ends at the original time. If you're more than 15 minutes late without letting me know, it counts as a missed session.
